Product Questions

Are bulbs included with the lights?

Bulb inclusion depends on the specific product. Some products include a bulb or integrated LED light source, while others require a compatible bulb to be purchased separately. Please check the product description and specifications before placing your order.

What does E26 bulb type mean?

E26 is a standard screw-base bulb type commonly used in the United States. If a product lists an E26 base, it is designed for compatible E26 bulbs.

What is the difference between warm white, neutral light, and cold white light?

Warm white light gives a soft, cozy glow that is often used in bedrooms, living rooms, and dining areas. Neutral light gives a balanced natural look. Cold white light appears brighter and cooler, often used where clearer visibility is preferred.

Are your outdoor lights waterproof?

Some of our outdoor lights are waterproof or IP-rated, such as IP65 waterproof wall lights. Please check each product’s specifications to confirm whether it is suitable for outdoor use.

Do I need an electrician to install the lights?

Many lighting fixtures require wired installation, ceiling installation, wall mounting, or assembly. For safety, we recommend professional installation by a qualified electrician when electrical wiring is required.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier depending on the item, destination, and shipping availability.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

Do you accept returns for defective and non-defective items?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-defective items, including returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@luzev.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue so we can review the case.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to product availability.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@luzev.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and assist you with a return, replacement, or refund where applicable.
